My campaign is showing 24 conversions, but I'm still not able to turn on conversion optimizer. Are there other requirements?

Hi Erik,

In Order to enable the Conversion Optimizer, your campaigns must meet the following minimum Requirements:-

Conversion tracking should be enabled or Google Analytics Goal should be imported in your AdWords Account.
Your campaigns must generate at least 15 conversions in the last 30 Days.
Your past Conversion should have been generated at the Same Rate.

Means, Your conversion is not old enough, and conversion generation rate is not the same on every day in last 15 days.

I would also suggest you, try to get more data in your campaign and reduce the CPA at minimum level, then implement the conversion optimizer.

Please find the more detail info in below article.
