Under Bulk Operations you will see Scripts. From there, its a simple copy and paste of the Adwords Script that the author provides. I would be very wary of changing your ads over this way. I love using scripts for reporting and analysis, and highly encourage Adwords users to take advantage of scripts, but ad copy should be more methodical and creative than simply pulling in meta data. Utilizing Adwords editor (new version 11.5.7) is, in my opinion, the most effective way to quickly change from standard text ads to the new ETA's.

Good luck!
