How to merge two Google accounts for our nonprofit?
My nonprofit has been very pleased to be a Google Grant recipient over the past 4 years, and I'm writing today to request assistance on an important technical issue.
For the last 2 years, our nonprofit has operated its own YouTube Channel, and we recently exceeded 1.2 million views of our students' work.
However, this account is independent of our Google Grants account, with a separate username & password. This means that we cannot embed a Google Donation Button on the YouTube channel, which would greatly benefit our work and our mission.
All the best,
Re: How to merge two Google accounts for our nonprofit?
Have you tried to link the two accounts yet? From what I understand this is completely appropriate and feasible.
On this page: http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375425?hl=en in the tips section:
"Link your YouTube account to AdWords: To take full advantage of AdWords for video reporting metrics within your account in the future, we recommend that you link your YouTube and AdWords accounts. Click Link your YouTube account from the AdWords for video side navigation menu on any AdWords for video campaign page. You can also link more than one YouTube account."
You can try this link to start the YouTube/AdWords linking process: https://adwords.google.com/video/VideoCampaign?#link.link
Let us know how this goes for you.
Hope this helps!
