I am running a Campaign with Several Ad Groups. I've been told to Stop the Campaign when the Cost reach at a certain Amount.

Please help me how to set the Pause ad groups in Automate Section so that the Campaign get paused when the Cost reach the amount.

Hi, you can do it both ways. You can either pause the whole campaign or only an ad group. Just choose a campaign and look for automate menu at the top. Click it and choose pause campaign and then cost will be selected by default. Now choose a value. The same applies for ad groups.
