Hi Sarah,

There are a number of factors that affect the click cost for a certain keyword, including:

location
competition
quality score (site and relevance)
click-through rate
and much more

The AdWords Keyword Planner gives suggested bids, but these are estimates only.

Purely as an example, right now for Australia, the Keyword Planner says $AU8.14 for "physiotherapy".

Actual click costs will typically be lower than your bid.

Hi Sarah,
I would suggest you to check in Keyword planner tool. You will get suggested bid there.

Keyword planner @ https://adwords.google.co.in/KeywordPlanner

Hope this helps.
Thanks

Great suggestions by @RobSkelton.

One important factor for avg CPC is the ad position also. For different positions, it will be different and vary accordingly. There may be a huge difference in the CPC for 1st position and lower 4 positions.

I would like to add a note here. I recommend you use some specific keywords instead of this broad keyword.
Using this keyword, you will have a lot of irrelevant traffic.

If you are promoting any clinic/centre then opt keywords like "physiotherapy centre", "physiotherapy clinic".
For keyword "physiotherapy," you may get clicks for the searches like "physiotherapy equipment", "physiotherapy courses" and many more irrelevant terms.
