How do i get all categories to show in Keyword Planner?

example:

Category: /Health/Health Conditions & Concerns/

I would like to select from all categories, like as an example: Weight Loss

The choices range from: AIDS & HIV to Hemorrhoids and stop there.

Resizing the browser window has no effect (it is Chrome browser). I tried the mouse wheel and the down arrow button to no avail.

Same in Firefox. Normally I would "just google it" for the answer, but this seems to be one of those rare instances that I cannot find an answer on my own.

Here is a screenshot.

I hope you can help me with this perplexing problem.

Hello,

Indeed the list presents only the first 20 rows, it does not allow scrolling more elements.

However the search is dynamic so if you type just a part of the health condition that you aim at, it should present the appropriate option.

For example I typed just "loss" and this appeared, including weight loss :

This is the method to aim at more categories, knowing in advance at least a part of the name of the category.

Thank you Adrian, that is nice to know. I still wish though, that I could scroll through the options, just to see what categories are available. It will probably be that way someday, you know how they are always updating things.
