Hi, are you running "standard" AdWords or Express?
In AdWords, the most likely reason for a disapproval related to the domain name is that the Display URL and Destination URLs are different or the destination URL is not working.
1) Check that the Display URL and Destination URL have the same domain, e.g. example.com
2) Check that the Destination URL you've entered actually works. Ideally you should navigate to the page you want in another window then copy and paste the URL to prevent any mistakes.
URLs can be edited by clicking on the little "pencil" icon next to any Ad, then clicking Save.
