Hi Christian,

 

Are you sure that your competitor keep clicking your ad quite often. Reason I am saying is because any kind of invalid click activity is taken care by Google itself and they might credit back the amount into the account on finding this. You can check that by going into the Billing section details.

 

Also blocking one IP address is not always the best solution because sometimes the ISP providers allocate common IP addresses to many users and there are chances that you might miss traffic from the relevant users also if you block an IP. Other alternatives are you might want to exclude some location, exclude some pages or some specific topics in case of Display Network.
