Hi @Radhakrishnan M

Firstly check your AdWords account and ensure your ad is approved and keywords are eligible.

You can then check out the ad preview tool made available by AdWords Here

Hi Radhakrishnan,

Assuming that your ads are approved and are running for sometime, the metrics that allow you to understand if your ads are doing well are Click Through Rate (CTR), Converted Clicks/ Conversions & Click Conversion Rate/Conversion rate.

To begin with you should check your CTR, as you know, CTR is the ratio of your accumulated clicks over the number of impressions served. Ideally, this ratio should be good, anything above 1- 2% can be considered but then again it depends on what vertical your client lies within. Depending on you vertical and performance recorded over time, you can set your benchmarks and measure your performance accordingly. Ad Copies are called the windows to your website and CTR is the metric that will tell you if this window of yours is giving out the right info or enough info. If you are running multiple ad copies for a theme then you can take this metric to measure performance of individual or unique ad copies against each other and find the winning combination for you.

Converted Clicks & Conversions will again allow you to measure the outcome of your overall account through your ad copies. Higher the number of conversion or converted clicks, better the ad messaging can be judged. If the relevancy between your ad copies and the landing page is good, it should be translated in this metric via the numbers recorded.

Conversion rate is again a good metric to look at here. Better the conversion rate, better the relevancy of your ad copy and landing page. If you see a dissatisfying number here, you need to work on your messaging and pick up keywords and ideas from the LP and rework them.

Hope this Helps!

Shashank

Hi Radhakrishnan M Smiley Happy

Welcome to the community.
The above replies are good indications on viewing your ads performance. I just want to add that you can explore the data on "Campaigns" tab. By going through "Campaigns" tab, you can look into the statistics and the overview of your ads. Here's a link on more info about it- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2454005?hl=en

Hope that helps a bit. Good luck Smiley Happy
