How can this ad have such a long title and so much text?

As I understand it, the title can be a maximum of 25 characters and each line a maximum of 35 characters.

How, then, is the following ad allowed since the title and text lines are way longer than what is permitted.

Hello Matthew R,

this is automated process when your add appears on in the search above the organic search, then Google might add your domain name next to your headline.

This is why headline in your example is that long.
