How can I only display my ads to desktop users?

Hello,

I have designed a website which I am happy with, but the mobile site looks poor in comparison. Hence, I only want to advertise to people using desktops as I'd rather not pay for someone to view the mobile version.

Is it possible to advertise to desktop users only?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Maxie, how are things?

If you don’t want to show ads on mobile devices at all, select -100% (not 0%) under your campaign settings to opt out. Note that if the campaign mobile bid adjustment is -100%, then the ad group mobile bid adjustment won't be used.

Take a look at this article to check more information about it:

Hope this helps.

I just wanted to clarify how to find this if you do not know your way around the interface very well.

Click on the campaign that you want to adjust, then select the "Settings" tab. Then, select the "Devices" sub tab. Then, where it says "Devices" under ALL is the "Change mobile bid adjustment" link.

Click that then enter the percentage into the bid adj. column.

Smiley Happy You're done! Good luck with your campaign, and remember to keep best practices in mind. https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6154846?hl=en
