How can I ensure I am using the correct account?

Hello. We previously had a Google Grants account, but due to an error, we were asked to create a new one. We believe we were successful in doing so, but are unsure which account we are actually supposed to be using since both seem to still be active!

Hi,

 

I assume you have the communication from Adwords or Grant where the asked you to create new account, Now please reply them back with the customer ID of both accounts and ask them to clarify which account you should use, and which one you should close.

 

If you dont have the communication then write an enquiry http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?hl=en#contact=1
