Hi Mohammed,

Could you include a screenshot of the two keyword's statistics?

Blocking out any sensitive information obviously.

Hello @Mohammed N

Quality Score is Google's rating of the quality and relevance of both your keywords and PPC ads. It is used to determine your cost per click (CPC) and multiplied by your
maximum bid to determine your ad rank in the ad auction process. Your Quality Score depends on multiple factors, including:

  • Your click-through rate (CTR).
  • The relevance of each keyword to its ad group.
  • Landing page quality and relevance.
  • The relevance of your ad text.
  • Your historical AdWords account performance.

It does not depend on the number of clicks or impression received.

Regards,

Syed Sayem Mustafa

Hello Mohammed N

This video is a bit old however, it is still relivent. He explains the ad auction and QS simply and clearly. I have also included a link that should help you understand further how QS works.

About Quality Score

Good luck.

Sounds like you are working with some newly-deployed keywords.  The Quality Score (QS) calculation will often take a couple of weeks to settle.  If a QS comes in at 9 it indicates a high degree of relevancy between the keyword, ad copy, and landing page.  However, unless it starts to pull some clicks the QS will fall.  CTR is about half of the QS calculation.

There is no such thing as 'QS 0'.  Google used to assign a QS of 6 to new keywords, then they would drift up or down.  Now they are started with '--' which is a null Quality Score.  It simply means they haven't yet assigned a Quality Score.
