Hi Sarah,

Google doesn't provide tracking IP addresses due to it's privacy policies. There are many online tools available to track IP addresses like Tracemyip.org that will provide you full information of IP address from where you received hit along with keyword, location and more.
After you get list of IP addresses that you want to block go to adwords account:

1. Click the campaign you'd like to exclude IP addresses from.

2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section, and click the IP exclusions link.

3. Click Edit next to "Manage IP exclusions."

4. In the box that opens, enter the list of IP addresses you want to exclude. Type just one IP address per line, up to 500 addresses per campaign.

5. Click save.

Hope this helps you.

Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Community!

If you're aware of the IP addresses, you can use IP exclusion to stop showing ads to those IPs. More about this feature here.

Hope that helps!
