Hi, 

I have to do youtube ads, my client doesnt have a channel but he want one youtube ad. How can i do that?

It is Google's requirement that the video used for advertising be live on YouTube. When you upload a video to YouTube, you'll end up creating a channel as well, with no effort or cost Smiley Happy I'd suggest doing that (link here), to start advertising.

Just login with youtube and create a channel. You can upload the video of your client and then afterwards if you want to set youtube ads for your client's video, you should go for adwords for video campaign. Note: For better ads management you should link google adwords account with youtube. For more details visit Adwords for video

 

If you want to target youtube as display placement, just add youtube.com as targeted placement in adwords campaign.
