Hi everyone!!!!

I am really stuck with with my ad words campaign! I am running my first adword campaign for a minicab company and and i am finding it extremely difficult to find keywords with high QS. Initially when i find a good key word the QS is usually 8- 10 but after a week it goes dow to about 3 or below.

Can anyone suggest anything?

HI Mohammed S,

Welcome to the forum..

When you add new keywords in your campaign Google assign a avg. Q.S.This initial Quality Score is determined by each keyword’s performance history for other advertisers. If your keyword performance is better than the historical average, then your Quality Score will improve. However, if your keyword’s click-through rate is lower than this “base score” then your Quality Score will begin to decline.

To know more about how to improve Q.S i will encourage you to read the following articles written by Our TC Neha & Tanmoy Arora..Hope this will help

Adding to Shuvas great answer, Having keywords that related to your ad copy can improve your quality score as well. However if your keyword score is amount 6-8 you really don't have to worry.
