Health Condition Listings at top? How do these appear?

If you search for "herniated disc treatment" in Google, one of the listings towards the top, under the Ads is this below.  What is this? I would like to get more information on how this is getting placed.

I think it's called Medical condition & symptom search - one of the many little add-ons to the organic search results.
