Google forwarding number

How long does the forwarding number remain active or how long is it reserved for you before being recycled for another user?

How many keywords can google serve, does google limit the amount of numbers used for an account? What happens if  I have thousands of keywords to track?

Does the tracking attribute conversions down to the keyword?

Hi Adhummer,
I cannot find any official documentation for how long Call Forwarding numbers stay active. Re deactivating Call Forwarding, Google says: "You may continue, however, to receive redialed or manually dialed calls."

Based on my experience, I've seen Call Forwarding numbers be active for up to two months after a Campaign has stopped/Call Forwarding turned off.

Google AdWords Accounts have a Keyword limit of 5 million per Account. https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704396?hl=en

On mobile devices, yes, you'll be able to see what Keywords resulted in a phone call. Based on what I can find in my Accounts - If you have Call Extensions active on desktops also, you will not be able to see Call Details at the Keyword level; only at the Campaign and Ad Group levels..

Yes, if you've selected Calls as a Conversion, this will be attributed to the Keyword on mobile devices. It's my understanding that on desktop devices, you'll be able to see Conversions only Ad Group and/or Campaign; but not at Keyword level.

# According to my knowledge , it's permanent till you turn it off.

# There are a limits for adwords account (keywords) you can check it here, but it's not recommended to use more than 20-25 keywords per adgroups, you should create tightly themed adgroups contain a specific number of keywords that related directly to your ad and landing page.

Read about how to create a well-structured account:

# I am not sure, if I fully understand your question, Can you elaborate?
