Hi

Simple answer is Google Organic search results are free and Google Adwords is a paid service. So yes if you pay for Google Adwords you can put your search results above the organic search results.

Hi Jerry K,

Your AdWords campaign has absolutely no effect on organic pageRank. Submitting a site map can help you appear in organic listings when your ad does not appear. Additionally, when your ad and organic listings are both high on the page they tend to compliment each other (i.e., more clicks, more traffic).

Best of Luck!

Hey Jerry,

You need to understand the basic concept of Adwords and Organic SEO. In Adwords, you have to pay certain amount to appear on 1st page (With Optimisation skills).

In Organic you have to consider all On Page, Off Page and other activity to appear in 1st Page listing.

Now, XML sitemap helps you to get indexed by Search engine, I don't think it;s a long process to do it. If Google is indexing your webpage it's useful.
Both strategy having pros and cons so People When people doing adwords still they are doing some on page activity to create opportunity for Organic Traffic too.

Jerry,

Google Search Engines display Paid Advertisement (Adwords) Organic Search Results, as well as Universal Results that can incorporate Google video, Google maps, etc based on the individual search query.

If you are using Google Adwords and strategically placing your advertisement ads in the top positions on many search query, you may want to include an SEO ( search engine optimization) approach to encompass a vast amount of keyword opportunities.

The submission of a Site map, is one minute part of SEO as other have stated to insure that all your pages are crawled and potentially being indexed by the Search engines. It is not a requirement of course and Google spiders do a relatively good job of crawling websites and indexing appropriate pages.

As Google Adwords is a paid inclusion to a search query, organic listings can offer a wider and longer tail "free" orgranic search results based upon the keyword query.

While some users only click on the first thing they see ( adwords) as other never click on an Ad, having a good mix of both Paid and Organic listing can be a beneficial and profitable Return on Investment for the website.

Good Luck Jerry!!
