Google Shopping campaigns help

Hello,

I posted about this a while ago and didn't seem to get anywhere.

We are a jeweller and I have set up each brand of watches in separate shopping campaigns. example Ball watches campaign and have about 8 watches added to the campaign. For some reason only 1 watch is picking up impressions. I listed the campaign end of Nov 2015 and still nothing.

Any ideas?Screen Shot 2016-02-04 at 13.11.24.png

I'll try and upload a picture

Just looked in Google Merchant - Products - and the products are inactive? What does this mean and how to I make them active?

Hello, hope you are doing great.
There might be different reasons for this. You can check this article to get more specific insights:

Hello,

Thank you. I have read all of that. They say 3 working days or 7 working days, however it's been months now and still I have 163 products under review?

I just want to get this fixed.

Hi @Pleasance H

If your items are still awaiting review, I would urge you to contact Google and ask for an update on this. - https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/processing?hl=en-GB&cfnti=lang.feed_under_review_more_3...

Is there any warnings within your account? Have you continued to upload your data-feed to ensure it is fresh and up to date with policy?

Tom

The feed all looks good. The inactive items say the images haven't been crawled. Wondering if this is the reason.
