Google Display campaign issue - very less impressions
I ran a Display campaign using certain placements. Running a new campaign for a new account with different ads but same placements, and same CPC bids. I am not getting very less number of impressions this time. What can be the issue?

The Quality Score in Display Network Depends on 3 factors
1. The relevance of the ad and the keywords in the ad group to a Display Network page.
2. The ad's performance history on a Display Network page and similar pages.
3. The quality of your ad's landing page.
As the campaign is new and the landing page is different, the Quality Score will be different too. That is the reason you are not getting enough impressions with the same bid.
Increase your bids and analyze the performance after some time.
