Hi @Nidhi K

Google examines each click that your ads receive, and if it detects behavior that considers being illegitimate, such as

  • "manual clicks intended to increase your advertising costs or to increase profits for website owners hosting your ads
  • clicks by automated clicking tools, robots, or other deceptive software
  • extraneous clicks that provide no value to the advertiser, such as the second click of a double-click"

Then Google will filter it from your account. You can find more info here:

Eva

Hi @Nidhi K,

Depending on the campaign type and bid strategy(CPC, CPM, CPV), you will be charged accordingly.

For your reference: Determine a bid strategy based on your goals

About cost-per-view (CPV) bidding

In case of CPC(click based), you will be charged for each click(headlines, call extension, sitelink extension). No matter if the click are from the same IP or different.

But system will detect the behavior for those clicks (mentioned by @Eva) and Invalid Clicks will get filtered or credited by the system.
