Few page matches

hi,

I have been trying to set up an ad account with adwords to market my website buyhatke.com and its corresponding chrome extension. Its a price comparison product for online shopping. Now when I tried inputing some keywords like {online shopping best price amazon} it is showing that there are Few page matches.

Now the keywords that I have entered are pretty broad but still Adowrds panel is showing me that few page matches. I am trying to advertise on the display network only right now because for similar queries we rank in the top 3 in the organic results.

I would like to know how can I solve this ?

Hi Gaurav,

Welcome to the AdWords community Smiley Happy

GDN keywords works "theme based". Display network keywords strategy is completely different from search campaigns. It seems you are using long tail keywords, that's why adwords showing " few pages match". Try to use more generic keywords and if you want to target some sites, you can create managed placement. Also I would suggest to use display planner to create the GDN campaigns.

Hi Gaurav,

It seems your campaign is paused, thus in order to run the campaign, enable the campaigns.

How to enable the campaigns, please read the below link:-

Generally an ads will approved within 2-3 working days.

Also suggest you to read the below article of GDN that might help you to optimize GDN campaign.

HI,
On the Display Network, all keywords are considered broad match only. There is no benefit to adding phrase or exact match keywords.
So try adding more general keywords to your campaign if you'd like your ad to be eligible to appear for a large number of websites. For example use online shopping , compare price ...etc keywords like these.

For more information about keyword on display network check this

Hi Thanks for the welcome.

Also if I use the display planner network and choose some specific sites that are related to the keywords I have entered. I now wish to remove any mobile impressions that my ad might have. I only want desktop impressions.

An additional issue has arose. The status of my campaign shows campaign paused. Even though I have enabled all the ads. This probably means that the ads are under review I assume. How long are they typically under review and anything I can do to enable the campaign ?

The issue is that even after I tried using the edit button on the adwords panel to shift campaign to enabled from paused it is not changing the status. It displays this message
"Your change was not applicable to any of the selected rows.
"
What should I do to make that active ?
