Feeds for Dynamic ads

Hey all,

New to the community! I am setting my first dynamic remarking ad campaign.

I have created a campaign with 4 ad groups each for one of my remarketing lists. As I have a 3 step checkout process I have created 3 remarketing lists for people that have dropped on specifically one of these 3 steps + a list collecting all checkout drop outs not matter on what step they exited the process.

I am now not sure of the best way to approach the creation of the feeds so that I can set up the ads for each ad group. I want to create dynamic ads, that will be slightly different for each ad group but the most important thing is that they pick the product that the user tried to purchase and shows an ad for this specific product. Can I have one feed or do I need more than one? I can customise ad elements, such as Headline, creative, description and just include for e.g. in my headings 'Complete your booking for {Property Name}'. Correct? If I put {Property Name} it would know the unique ID for the page the user was at and would know which product to show? What would be the best way for me to approach this? Thanks!
