I have had this problem for the past week. I cannot log into my adwords account no matter how many times I refresh.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache completely of all saved data, then rebooting your computer?

This has not happened before and I believe one of the extensions installed on chrome, blocked the page from loading. @Bryan D - try pausing the extensions. (For me it was Adblock)
