Exclude IP ranges

I would like to exclude an IP range. Example

Exclude all IPs FROM 5.45.160.0 TO 5.45.175.255

How can I do this with one line? Using a mask?

You can try out * to exclude a specific IP range. Attaching the screenshot of the same.

I already saw does examples and understood them.
Sorry, I didn't explained my problem correctly.
If you notice on my example the third group ranges from 160 to 175

"Exclude all IPs FROM 5.45.160.0 TO 5.45.175.255"

The * wont work. I believe a mask is required.

To exclude all the IPs FROM 5.45.160.0 TO 5.45.175.255
We have to create a subnet mask.
Here's a online tool to test the mask.
http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/SubnetCalculator.jsp?ipAddress=5.45.160.0&cidr=20
For this example the adwords rule is 5.45.160.0/20
