Hi,

I get this notification any time I try to edit an existing product group. Any help on how to solve it? Will really appreciate assistance on this. Thanks alot

Hi A S, first off, check whether the change you were trying to make has or hasn't been carried out.  As the warning says, it may not have been processed, but it may have been, so check.

 

If the problem persists, try clearing the cache on your browser and restarting it.

what browser and version is being used?

can the latest chrome be tried?

were the changes saved despite the error?
