As you mentioned in the title if you asking about dynx_pagetype , this parameter is used to define page type. This will pass information about what that page stand for which you can use for dynamic remarketing campaigns.

I'm not so sure why multiple destination IDs being defined in your highlighted example. It usually one destination ID per page and tag

I believe what you mean is "dynx_itemid"

This parameter is used to understand whats the page ID is in a custom dynamic remarketing campaign. For example if you are doing a custom dynamic remarketing campaign for website that sells toys online and if you have 10 products available, subsequently you should have 10 dynx_itemid tags implemented . For eg your toy no 1 should have dynx_itemid = 1 and your product number 2 should have dynx_itemid = 2. Likewise all the pages should be tags with custom ids so system can identify. Also this items should match with the feed file you uploading
