Double serving means - promoting same or similar content from multiple accounts on the same or similar queries, including different domains from the same business to promote same/similar contents.

 

Here's what the policy says - 

 

  • Diverse content: We don’t allow advertisers to promote the same or similar content from multiple accounts on the same or similar queries.
    • Think about the target audience for your campaigns, and develop your keywords to fit the user's likely intent when searching.
    • Each website that you promote should offer distinct value to users.
