Display Planner - find top placements by location tool (facebook)

Hello,

I have recently spotted a new tool in the Display Planner, it is called "Find top placements by location" and it pulls up websites which receive high traffic in a particular location which is very useful.

Now my problem is why is this tool bringing up in the top 10 placements 3 URLs from facebook ? (see screenshot below) . Will my AdWords ads really be placed on facebook according to my AdWords demographics settings for remarketing ?

For example are these facebook placements going to allow me to show CPC AdWords Ads to previous website visitors ?

Historically, the DoubleClick AdPlanner was merged into AdWords to create the current Display Planner.

The Display Planner  serves advertisers bidding on inventory through AdWords and through  DoubleClick.  Hence, it includes  all publishers available on  the Google Display Networks, which include: Adsense, Doubleclick, YouTube, Mobile apps, and other Google's properties (e.g. Google maps, Blogger, Gmail, Google finance etc...)

I don't understand , so Facebook is now a Google property this is why it appears as a placement under Display Planner ?

No, it's not a Google property (i.e not owned by Google), but a platform open to advertisers who are bidding on inventory available on FB through DoubleClick. (I assume this is a  limited inventory, and to utilize all features available for advertisers  on  the FB ad platform, you need to open an Ad-Manager  account with FB)
