Hi,

I would like to optimize my campaign strategy in Google Display Network, here is what I'm thinking to do, please post your feedback.

Supossing that I only have one country:

  - Campaign #1: all features (I will try to not target mobile apps)

   |_ Adgroup1 Images Ads

   |_ Adgroup2 Text Ads

  - Campaign #2: Mobile apps

   |_ Adgroup1 Images Ads

   |_ Adgroup2 Text Ads

Is a good structure? Why?

I would generally say that looks like a good Ad Group structure, yes.

It's difficult to know since I don't know anything about6 what you're trying to accomplish, but this will let you evaluate the performance of your image ads and text ads easily.

I would recommend taking a look at the Display Network getting started guide as a good source of information.

Hi Theresa,

Thanks a lot for your answer. Just one more question related my structure. I have to make different targets per images and text ads? Or is better to use the same target in both in order to evaluate the performance?

Although, I think that will be great to have an additional level above the ads types, targets. I mean:

Campaign
Target type
Ad types

I know that is not possible to have two subgroups but what you think about it? Too much detail? Better I do it in the campaign level?

Thank you,
