Display Network Ad Goes to Invalid URL

I have had two people tell me they saw my ad - one on Pandora and the other on Fox News feed. Both have said that when they tap it they are sent to an invalid URL. I have called support twice and they just don't understand my problem. One of them told me my only solution is to opt out of display network advertising!

How do I control where my ad points? How do I even find the ad that is showing up? It seems to be getting images from my G+ page.

The ads land on the final URL, so make sure that you are using a valid destination URL for the ads.

Hi Tom, thanks for replying. I don't even know where this ad is coming from let alone how it got a URL or where that came from. Would I not find this ad in my Adwords in order to manage it?

Are you certain those other people weren't confused as to what they were actually looking at? Did anyone send you a screen shot?
