There is no direct connection between accelerated delivery and CPC.

Running ads more towards the start of the day could mean that you pay higher CPC. it could also mean lower CPC or the same CPC. It is dynamic.

Thank you so much RobSkelton for you reply .
just to understand what i mean exactly ...
let me to suppose the following :
1- if i have target managed placement , let say 10 placement
2- the average CPC for these placement is 10 cents
3- if i have set the 30 cent as a max CPC for the specific campaign
4- if all other advertiser set 30 cent as a max CPC for the same placements
5- my daily bufget bigger than the other advertisers
6- if i have selected the Accelerated method
7- all of other advertisers used the standard method
8- all of us have the same quality score
under theses assumptions , i think if i used the Accelerated method will give my ad bigger opportunity than the other advertisers with high Average CPC ... what do you think ?

So if you budget is 3x bigger than everyone else's, your ad will run all the time until the budget is exhausted, starting at midnight. Everyone else's will show one time for every 3 of yours, but will run all day.

There's no advantage to running accelerated, unless earlier in the day is cheaper or converts better for you.

Ultimately more budget means more impressions, regardless of how you configure it.
