Demographic Targeting Showing Unknown Error

Trying to update my existing ad to target only certain demographics such as gender and age.

I click on Display Network Tab > Demographics Tab > then select "Male" > Edit > Exclude Campaign > Confirm and then an error appears just saying, "Errors occured while making your changes." (other than the spelling error in that error), I'm at a loss on what to do next.

Same error appears when trying to exclude ages from the age category.

I choose Search and Display Network Select when setting up which the descriptions said would offer "All Features". Not sure what to do next or how to get Google to provide the actual "error" so I know how to resolve it. Thanks!

Hi Chris,

I don't see that option on my end when I go to the Display Network tab of a Search with Display Select campaign. Since these campaigns share their targeting criteria, it wouldn't surprise me if it were not possible to do demographic targeting.

Can you share a screenshot of where you see this in your account? Just make sure not to show your email address or account number please!
