Creating new filters

I have full management permissions and have previously created filters. Suddenly I can only use existing filters, the Create new option is greyed out. Can anyone suggest why?

Hi Quilters,
Can you check and make sure that you have admin access in the access page?
Is this your own account or a clients account? Are you accessing via MCC?

Thanks for following up. Yes I have access and yes this is my own account but my knowledge is limited. I'm a hobbyist and learning as I go. I don't know what MCC stands for unless it's Marylebone Cricket Club!
