Confused by the keyword planner
So I'm confused by the new keyword planner tool in Google Adwords. I'm researching some keywords and some of them have an average cost per click of $24 - $33 per click because of the high competition. Using the budget estimator tool if I set my max pay per click at $.75 and daily budget at $10 how is it that I could show up at an average position of 4-6 and receive 20-25 clicks?

Keyword Planners works on the basis of competition, time, geography location.
so if you give max CPC $.75, and budget $10, means it will not show your ads regularly but only show some times and some geography location when and where the competition is low.
so in this scenario it will give you 20-25 clicks within $10 budget.
