Competing campaigns, again

Hello!

Not even a question I suppose, more of a confirmation request.

2 campaigns, 2 auto-repair shops not too far from each other, target radiuses overlapping.

Almost all the services these shops perform are identical, i.e. they both do transmission repair, radiator service, oil change, etc.

So that means that their adgroups, keywords and ads are practically the same.

Now, because these campaigns are active under one AdWords account they are competing and vast majority of time only one business got all the attention.

My undertanding is that there is no way to have both businesses' ads to be shown under one account. One will always suffer.

Correct?

Thank you,

Dmitry

Correct; BUT;
The best would be to set a separate account for each,  assuming there is NO common ownership between the two. (Otherwise, you fall under the "double serving", and a more in-depth check in required)
