Company Name Keyword Not Getting Ad Impressions

I put a bid on my new company's brand name (I understand my own brand name has low search volume) but I am not getting any impressions. Even when I ask a friend to search the brand name to see if the ad is even appearing.  I'm really just trying to make sure, even if paid, when my company name is searched that the company name appears in the top spots on the page (even if paid)

Are any ads showing under your brand name or just not yours? Not all keywords are shown even if there is no competition.

If AdWords gave your brand keyword the status "Low search volume", this means the keyword isn't eligible to show because it's associated with very little search traffic. If the number of searches for these keywords increases, your keywords may be reactivated and could start triggering your ads to show again.

Hi Ryan G,

What's the QS? What's your CPC bid? Your AdRank must meet a certain threshold for your ad to appear.

How is your organic rank for your company name?

Best of Luck!

Try Improving your brand name searches, you can do it by creating a separate adwords campaign with the objective to increase brand awareness or you can do it by other channels like releasing PR News or social media.
