Client access in MCC account to add billing info

 Hello All, 

Can someone confirm that I understand the MCC client access process correctly, please? I have an MCC account I will have to create/setup a ‘new’ client account within MCC account I will click ‘link existing account’ - the new client account to MCC account Add client acct. number etc. Then to allow the client access to “Their account only within my MCC account” I have to give them access via the “My Account Access” tab adding their valid email address to send off an invite to create user/pass for the account in MCC.   My concern is will the client only see their account stuff only? I want to allow them access to their account to add their billing info directly per my instructions Is this possible? Pls. confirm that the steps to take are correct and confirm that it’s only their account they will see to be able to add their billing details.  Thank you in advance!

Hi Mgroup,

You are correct. If you just want to add a user to only one account within your MCC, you would click into the account and then go to My Account > Account Access. If you created the account for them, you'll want to make sure to add them as an Admin user so they can set up billing.

You would add a user to your entire MCC by clicking on the My Account tab from your MCC dashboard, so as long as you click into their account first you'll be adding them at the correct level.

Thanks for posting in our forum. From your explanation, it seems as though you are correct. Take a look at this post as it defines the steps a little clearer. Your client will only have access to their account and billing is only connected to that account.

Hi,
So each of my client should be having separate accounts. What if my client is having several other clients? how can add him to my MCC and let him add his billing. ?
