Changed website look, need help with changing on adwords

Good morning,

I need help with something. I changed the way my site looks but when I go into adwords I can't find where I need to update it there as well or it automatically does.  It shows the way my old pages looked before I changed them.  Is there somewhere in adwords that I need to change to make it so it has the right pages it's looking at?

Have a great day

Michelle Reid

Hey CFS,

Welcome to the forum.

I would just make sure that your ads destination URLs are pointing the most up-to-date & correct URL as AdWords does not like redirects.

Thanks,

Did you try clearing your cache? If not, take a look at this how to article.

AdWords has nothing to do with how your website will be displayed. So, there may be a programming error somewhere on your site...

Thanks,

If you navigate to your 'Ads' tab within the AdWords interface, you will be able to edit your ads. Hover your mouse over an ad, and you will notice that a pencil appears, click on the add, the last field (which will begin with http:// or https://) is the field you will want to update with the most up-to-date URL.

Thanks,

Ok I did that and deleted it and added it again and it hasn't changed it.

Hey CFS,

Can you provide a little more detail, as I'm a little confused now. What are you looking at in AdWords that is displaying a preview of your site?

Possibly try clearing your cache in order to view updates on your site...

Can you provide the destination URL that you are trying to drive traffic to? This may be a coding/html issue rather than AdWords. Will try to help though!

Thanks,

BI
