Can't solve "This account has been canceled. " red alert

Hi,

 

I'm going to describe the problem step by step:

 

1. At my "Client Center" enter one of my adwords clients

2. Visiting "Campaigns" section a red alert says:

 

This account has been canceled. 
The ads are not running and all other account activity has stopped. Any edits you make here will take effect only if you reactivate the account. If you would like to do so, please click here.
 
OK!
 
3. I follow the click here link.
4. The link asks to re-enter billing info (credit card). After filling all details and save I do receive a successfully message.
5. If I visit the billing preferences I can see that the new card is indeed saved.
6. But re-visiting "Campaigns" keeps showing the same message "This account has been canceled..."
 
How do I get out of this "click here" loop and get rid of this red alert?

Hello;
You are saying that the account is linked to your MCC; As far as my experience only the account owner (the one who opened the account ) can reinstate the account.
