Call only Campaign

HI

 

Call only ad cannot show on platforms without calling capability. How to solve this problem. Tell me pl.

This is not a problem actually, it's the speciality of Call-Only campaign. It shows your ads only on the devices which can make calls. 

 

If you want to show your ads across all devices, you should better use Call Extensions.

I was going to post a separate question about this, but luckily came across this thread instead.

 

Whilst I accept that the whole point of call-only is that a larger number of searches are done on mobile devices, and it's to give that extra encouragement to call a business rather than click to a website, I reckon that it could potentially be a bit limiting perhaps, in the sense that surely you wouldn't want to miss out on your potential 'desktop/laptop' customers also (where the ads won't appear).  Having said that, my current campaigns have call extensions added to them, and I checked the other day on my mobile, and my ad appeared to have a 'call' button on it, to allow a potential customer to call my business from their phone.  So maybe, most people would be better off using call extensions instead?  To cover both scenarios?
