Thahseer,

That means your ad has been seen 80 times and 2 times out of those 80 someone has clicked on your ad.

2.5% CTR (clickthrough rate) isn't too bad. If you're getting high positions with your ad and your extension is appearing now and then, you could experiment with other versions of your ad to try increase CTR.

Hi Thahseer,

Whether any extension shows on mobile or on desktop depends on a few things.

Have you been using the Ad Preview Tool to check on your ad, or have you been using your own phone to check the ads?

Okay.

The answer is, it won't show up 100% of the time.

I also recommend only using the Ad Preview Tool in future.

what if my keyword gets more Impressions than my Clicks?

Hi Thahseer,

What do you mean by more impressions than clicks? And what do you think will effect your ad?
