Call Conversion Tracking Missing?

Not sure what happened, but for the last week, I no longer have this feature with my call extensions.

 

Call Conversion tracking (X seconds) is gone.

 

 

I've had it since July 23rd, up until 1 week ago, otherwise.

 

Any ideas?

I'm not refering to the dimensions tab, and all the numbers are upgraded.

The feature was present post-enhanced upgrades, yet has disappeared since.

I'm guessing it might be because my billing is outside the US.

Are you referring the Dimension Tab?
I still see Duration (Seconds) field there. I filtered for last 7 days and I do see data.

If you are referring Call Extension Settings, please check if you have chosen "Upgraded" or "Not Upgraded". You will get X seconds setup only with Upgraded.

I don't think it's a billing issue. Google shows phone numbers alongside ads being served in particular countries, so if you're showing an ad with a phone extension in an approved country, then your phone number is eligible for display. Also in some countries they have a forwarding number, and this is what they use to track calls. If you're missing the call tracking, I would check the extension itself and check that you have the Google forwarding number enabled, which will allow for the call tracking. Hope this helps.
