Hi Venkatesh,

You can set up a typical search campaign and add call extensions. When you add the call extensions, you can update the settings so that when the call extensions show, the only way to interact with the call is through the phone number (without a click-through URL).

Unfortunately, with enhanced campaigns, you can't create a mobile-only click-to-call campaign and people searching on a desktop likely prefer to click-through to a website versus to only have the option to dial a phone number. It would be best to set your bids really low (to try not to show on desktop) and then use the mobile bid modifier to increase bids to a point where your keywords will be competitive on mobile.

Now, you can't guarantee that the extensions will always show but since you basically have to be in positions 1 and 2 to show on mobile, it's pretty likely that your call extensions will show almost every time.

It's not a fool proof method but it gets the job done Smiley Happy

Hi Venkatesh,

Like Amy explained it's pretty straight forward, you can simply add a phone number under "Extensions Tab" (Call Extensions) and you can map it to campaign level or Adgroup level.
