Hi Anirban S
You can exclude IP address in Search Network only with All features not with standard features.

Thanks

Hi Anirban,
To exclude IP Addresses from seeing your Ads, follow these steps:
1. Log into your AdWords Account
2. Click on the Campaigns that you want to use this feature for
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Scroll down to Advanced Settings (all the way at the bottom of page), and select IP Exclusion (should be 2nd one from the bottom)
5. Click on Edit, next to Manage IP Exclusions
6. Enter the IP Address(es) and click Save

Keep in mind, this will block all users in that IP Address(es) from seeing your Ads. Definitely a good feature to use if you're seeing poor traffic from a particular address, but be sure to not block out potential customers.

Set up: IP Exclusion Tool -

Hello,

I would emphasize on what Santosh said above i.e. you need to have the campaign type enabled with all features, then only you will be able to use this exclusion feature inside your Adwords account, otherwise not.

My couple of cents!
