Best Way To Set Up Account

Hello everyone,

I recently took over SEM for a small law firm dealing in real estate law. We target about 7 locations in our state. The account was structured so that there are 7 campaigns for each geographic area. The ad groups in each campaign are comprised of the practice areas the firm works in.

I have been debating whether this is the best structure to work with or if I should create campaigns based on the services with ad groups targeting geographical locations? Or, is there some other was I should structure them?

Appreciate any help sent my way!

Hi Chris,

I am a big fan of your present campaign structure (different campaigns for different geographical locations).

With different campaign for each location, it is easy to monitor performance. You can allocate separate budget to each campaign based on performance/profitability. You can also create location specific landing pages and ads.

You can easily manage different services within each campaign with Labels.

Thank you for your response. I think this is what i'll continue to do. I just wasn't sure if there was maybe a better way to structure the account.

Thanks again!
