Hey Adaikala D,

Welcome to adwords communtiy!
No need to add "in" here. You may use "airtel data card chennai" and same result will appear.

For FYI: If you are using "airtel data card chennai" in Broad match then it also covers "airtel data card in chennai".

Hi Adiakala,

Good question. You need to test multiple set of variations, Keywords that has place name, keyword without place name, general keywords such as data card online, buy data card with wifi etc. Keyword that has airtel and also competitors keywords such as tata photon plans etc.

Again this also depends on budget amount to spend. If you have large budget you can test multiple variations but if you are budget constraint - you would go with keywords that has airtel.

Also In your adcopies add benefits, advance offers etc. Since other competitors like Tata Photon and MTS etc might having some really good offers to attract customers.

what is important to take care is if you are selling services/products in Chennai only, your targeting location at campaign level should be Chennai. If you don't want people outside your targeting location to trigger your ads, you can set Advance Location targeting to "People in targeting location".

Depends on your goal and targeting audience you can set campaign settings.

To your second question, I would say depends which match type you are adding keywords, If you are using - If using Phrase and exact - in as is necessary to use. If BMM then you can avoid in , as (in my opinion).

hope that helps!

Thanks
