Any paid platform to make adwords easier?

Is there any 3rd party software with a UI for dummies that makes it easy to create and launch search and display ads?  We're an SME that can not understand the adwords UI. We want to do testing before picking an agency or hiring a full time person.

The backend of adwords is unbelievable to us. Harder than finding a saved file in an Android phone. We can't get an ad running.

I see several pay per month 3rd party platforms - but they all seem to be about cross-platform and monitoring. We can't even figure how to get ads up - especially display. And how to separate things in a logical, intuitive way.

Well... Unfortunately, there is no "AdWords UI for beginners". You could reduce the number of options available, if you  do not  choose "all options", but this, will not change the UI.

There are other platforms, for bid management, though, those are for advanced users or big agencies.

AdWords is a platform that has to be learnt,  prior to start using it and before launching a campaign. Without learning the system  (and yes, it does require to invest the time),  you might end with poor campaign performances,  far below, the results you would achieve if initially put the time and efforts to learn AdWords.

Good luck;
