Hi Julie,

From https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/176108?hl=en , HTML5 ads will show activity in the mobile devices or tablets while regular Flash ads will show little or no activity on mobile devices or tablets.

Hope it help you.

Bless u have a great day!

Hi Juliet,

I believe you are adding a GIF image to an existing HTML5 banner from AdWords Interface.

My advice would be to create a HTML5 banner in  Google Web Designer and use your GIF image in there. Also, your ads will be more prone to show up on mobile devices if you have mobile optimized banner sizes, for instance - 320 x 50 mobile leaderboard, 200 x 200 small square, 250 x 250 square, 320 x 100 large mobile banner.

Hop it helps.

Thanks

Hi Ratan,

Thank you for the reply. Actually I put the animated gif image to a HTML5 banner from Google Web Designer interface. I believe that a static gif image can show in any case, but animated gif image can not show in firefox and mobile.

Please let me know if you have any thought.

Thanks,
Juliet
